It's a crowded field for trash removal in The Charlotte area, but Junk Removal CLT stands above them all. They exhibit professionalism in both their work and communications. Quick response, friendly, professional and did a great job!!

The ice and snow collected on my patio canopy and caused it to fold down. I contacted Alex this morning around 11:00 and he was here at 2:00 this afternoon to take the canopy down and haul it away. When he was finished, he asked if I had a shovel and he removed the ice and snow from my front porch and steps! That’s what I call great customer service and going above and beyond just doing the job he came to do!! I would definitely recommend him and I will use him in the future if needed.
